Punishments are given at staff discretion.
Warnings:
Warnings will expire after 14 days of issue.
You get a total of 4 warnings.
Server will automatically kick you on 3rd warning
Server will automatically ban you on 4th warning
Mutes:
You cannot talk when muted, for whatever period of time is set.
Most commands which let you speak in public chat have been blacklisted!
Bans:
We have two types of bans, permban and tempban.
If you are warned 4 times, you will get tempbanned by the server!
SmeltMC does not offer Ban Appeals at this time.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in a punishment.
Rule 1: Server language is English only!
Rule 2: Enforce all rules setout in https://smeltmc.com/rules.
Rule 3: Alert other staff members if a situation is getting out-of-hand.
Rule 4: Do not abuse the permissions you have.
Rule 5: You must be online when possible at peak times.
Rule 6: View the "Server Chats" on Discord for any negative behavior.
Rule 7: Respect yourselves, each other & the players.
Rule 8: Join the server on a frequent basis.
Rule 9: Make sure your Discord Client is set to "Online, Idle or DND" when on Discord.
Rule 10: Be sure to follow the high-standards of the SmeltMC Staff Team

Rule 9: PvP is allowed in Survival & Factions, Griefing is only allowed in Factions.
Rule 10: Don't bypass the AFK Kick. Players get 5 minutes, Iron 10m, Gold 15m, Diamond 30m.
